Wildflowers

We knew when we booked this trip that March is a very early time to come to Rhodes, relative to the tourist season, as everyone we dealt with exclaimed with surprise, "But March is so early!" But we weren't coming to be tourists, and we were hoping to see the wildflowers, so all is well.

After having a lovely drink in Lindos, Ria and I wandered through a nearby coastal field, next to several empty, mammoth resorts, not yet open for the year, and found no end of beautiful wildflowers and other details to savor.
