Mussolini's ruins

We visited more ruins today, first a home apparently built for Mussolini's retirement that he never stayed in. It's on the side of one of Rhodes's highest peaks, with expansive views of the island, the sea, and the islands beyond. My guide book tells me that the modern ruins we saw the other day were also built by the Italians when they occupied Rhodes before WWII, and were left to decay after the Italians left the island.
